Yes! 🎉 Standard shipping is free across India on every order, in-stock or pre-order.
There are no hidden fees, and any customs or import duties for international shipments are fully covered by CrazyRC.
If you’d like extra protection, you can choose Premium Shipping (₹999) at checkout.
Premium Shipping (₹999, optional at checkout) sends your order with a premium courier (Blue Dart, DTDC or DHL, depending on your pincode) and adds a second full set of bubble-wrap layers on top of our standard packing, so your model is extra safe.
It doesn’t guarantee faster delivery. Timelines are the same as standard shipping, though premium couriers usually have fewer delays.
At CrazyRC, we offer two types of shipping based on product availability:
🚀 Fast Delivery (In-Stock Items ONLY)
Products tagged as In-Stock are shipped within 48 hours from our Indian warehouse.
Metro Cities: Delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Other Cities & Towns: Delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
🌍 Pre-order (Imported for You)
Products without the In-Stock tag are pre-orders. We import them to order from our international manufacturing partners, clear customs, and deliver them to your doorstep in 4–8 weeks, with no extra charges for import or duties.
We handle everything end-to-end so you can shop worry-free.

All orders come with free shipping across India.
Because pre-order models are shipped from abroad, customs clearance or international shipping delays can occasionally add up to 45–60 days on top of the 4–8 weeks.
If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, the in-stock items ship within 48 hours and the pre-order items ship when they arrive.
You’ll receive regular updates and tracking once your order is in transit.
Products with a blue Pre-order tag aren’t stocked in India yet. When you place a pre-order, we import the model for you from our international partner, clear customs, and deliver it to your door, with free shipping and no import duties.
Delivery: usually 4–8 weeks. Because the model is shipped from abroad, customs clearance or international shipping delays can occasionally add up to 45–60 days more. We keep you updated by email and WhatsApp.
Payment: pay in full online, or choose Cash on Delivery on orders above ₹7,000 (10% Booking Amount now, the rest on delivery).
Cancellation: you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
Mixed orders: in-stock items in the same order ship within 24–48 hours, and the pre-order items ship when they arrive.

If you message us from the phone number you ordered with, we'll show your order IDs and the live status of your order straight away. Tracking details are also sent by email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
No — all customs and import duties are included in your order price.
CrazyRC handles the entire process from international shipping to doorstep delivery — you pay nothing extra.
We offer two ways to pay:
💳 Pay in full – Pay the full amount online at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets). Available on all orders.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) – On orders above ₹7,000, pay just 10% of the order value online as a Booking Amount and the rest when your order is delivered. Choose it at checkout. Orders of ₹7,000 or less are paid in full.
Both options work for in-stock and pre-order products, and there is no extra charge for COD.

Yes! COD is available on all orders above ₹7,000, for in-stock and pre-order products.
Just choose Cash on Delivery at checkout, pay a 10% Booking Amount online, and pay the rest when your order is delivered. There is no extra charge for COD. Orders of ₹7,000 or less are paid in full online.
To confirm a COD order, you pay a Booking Amount of 10% of the order value online at checkout. It is deducted from your order total, so you only pay the balance on delivery.
Examples:
- ₹8,000 order → ₹800 now, ₹7,200 on delivery
- ₹25,000 order → ₹2,500 now, ₹22,500 on delivery
- Add your products to the cart and go to checkout. Your order needs to be above ₹7,000.
- Choose Cash on Delivery as the payment option.
- Pay the 10% Booking Amount online. Your order is confirmed straight away.
- In-stock models ship within 24–48 hours, and pre-orders ship when they arrive (4–8 weeks). Pay the balance when your order is delivered.
The Booking Amount covers shipping and handling for your order, so it is non-refundable if the order is refused, not collected, or can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable.
It is fully refunded if we cancel your order, the product is unavailable, or it arrives damaged or defective (as per our Shipping & Returns Policy).
Yes — we accept returns or replacements only for damaged or defective products.
To be eligible, you must provide a complete unboxing video showing:
- The full, uncut unboxing process, and
- The defect clearly visible in the same video.
Requests without a valid unboxing video are not eligible for return or replacement.
The CrazyRC Care Plan is a prepaid workshop-service plan covering unlimited repair labour for eligible faults - accidental damage, mechanical faults, and wear & tear.
Every eligible RC vehicle includes 6 months of free Care Service, starting the day your order is delivered.
Tick the ₹499 Care Plan box when you buy to extend it to a full year. After that, renew for ₹999 a year before your cover ends, or ₹1,499 once it has expired, for up to 3 years from delivery. Replacement parts and shipping are charged separately, always quoted for your approval first.
