At CrazyRC, we offer two types of shipping based on product availability:
🚀 Fast Delivery (In-Stock Items ONLY)
Products tagged as In-Stock are shipped within 48 hours from our Indian warehouse.
Metro Cities: Delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Other Cities & Towns: Delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
🌍 Standard Delivery (Sourced Items)
For products not in stock locally, delivery may take 25-30 business days.
These items are specially sourced from our international manufacturing partners, pass through customs clearance, and are delivered directly to your doorstep — with no extra charges for import or duties.

Yes — we accept returns or replacements only for damaged or defective products.
To be eligible, you must provide a complete unboxing video showing:
- The full, uncut unboxing process, and
- The defect clearly visible in the same video.
Requests without a valid unboxing video are not eligible for return or replacement.
The CrazyRC Care Plan is a prepaid workshop-service plan covering unlimited repair labour for eligible faults - accidental damage, mechanical faults, and wear & tear.
Every eligible RC vehicle includes 6 months of free Care Service, starting the day your order is delivered.
You can extend for up to 3 years. Replacement parts and shipping are charged separately, always quoted for your approval first.
